Description

Summary We are seeking an experienced software development team to create an Education CRM and Parent App for a tuition center. The project involves building a comprehensive CRM system and a mobile app to enhance communication and engagement between parents and the center. The ideal team will have experience in educational software and be able to deliver a user-friendly and efficient solution. The system should include: CRM (Lead & Customer Management) Student Management Class Scheduling & Make-up Lessons Attendance Billing & Online Payment Invoice & Receipt Parent Mobile App Staff Portal Reports & Dashboard Notification System One of the key requirements is a customer response management workflow. Customer enquiries should be assigned to staff automatically, tracked until completed, and escalated if no one responds within a specified timeframe. Experience with education systems, CRM platforms, and WeChat integration is a plus.
