Design & Develop a Premium Cross-Platform Rotating Savings Group (Stockvel) Management Platform (Web + iOS + Android) I am looking for an experienced full-stack software developer to design, develop, test, and deploy a modern, premium-quality Rotating Savings Group (Stockvel) Management Platform. The platform will be available as: * Mobile application (Android & iOS) * Responsive web application * Admin dashboard The application should help community savings groups digitally manage their operations by replacing paper records, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp-based administration with a secure, professional, and user-friendly platform. The system must be scalable from small savings groups with fewer than 10 members to organizations managing hundreds or thousands of members. This project is intended to become a long-term SaaS platform, so the codebase should be clean, well-documented, modular, and easy to extend with future functionality.
