Description
Summary We're a private holding company running several service businesses across multiple U.S. markets. We just finished building a detailed growth playbook: paid search, local SEO, business listings, lead follow-up, all of it. The strategy is done. What I need now is one sharp person to make it actually happen every day, without me chasing it. This isn't a specialist role. I'm not hiring a paid-search expert or an SEO expert. I'm hiring someone who can read a playbook, think, and get it executed partly by doing the work themselves with AI, partly by coordinating the few people who own their pieces. You'll be the person who knows who's handling what, whether it got done today, and what's stuck. Here's the part that matters most: you have to be genuinely good with AI. Not "I use ChatGPT sometimes." I mean you reach for AI to solve problems, you write prompts that actually work, you've built or tinkered with automations (n8n, Make, Zapier, that world), and when the AI hands you something wrong, you catch it. If a modern AI and automation stack excites you instead of scaring you, keep reading. What you'd own: - Executing our growth playbook day to day, using AI to move fast. - Tracking every moving piece in our project tools, who owns it, status, what's blocked - Coordinating with our small leadership team so nothing slips. - Monitoring our paid ads and local presence against the playbook, with AI doing the heavy lifting on analysis. - Flagging what needs a decision — and eventually making a lot of those calls yourself. How this works: for the first stretch, you check in with me before big moves. I want to see how you think. Once I trust your judgment — and with the right person that comes fast — I set you loose and you just keep me posted. I don't want someone who needs their hand held forever. Some ramp-up is fine and expected. Permanent dependence is not. You're a fit if: - Your written English is excellent and North American neutral — you'll be emailing and talking by phone with U.S.-based leaders - You think for a living. You can take something fuzzy and turn it into a plan - You're resourceful — you'd rather figure it out (or ask AI) than wait to be told - You've got real AI chops and can prove it - You want a long-term, full-time seat, not a quick gig Logistics: Full-time, long-term. We don't need heavy live overlap, but I need real daily interaction, reachable and responsive during your workday. You can even hire your own data-entry help if it makes you faster. I care about outcomes. To apply: start your message with the word PLAYBOOK so I know you read this. Then tell me in your own words, no AI polish, about a time you used AI to figure out something nobody taught you how to do. What was the problem, how did you work with the AI to crack it, and where did you have to correct it? I read every one that starts with PLAYBOOK.
