Description
I run a small service business in Sydney, Australia. I operate remotely from overseas, with subcontractors doing the work on the ground in Sydney From a Twilio number i need an AI phone receptionist built in Vapi that answers my calls, knows my business, and books jobs — plus an SMS flow that offers those jobs to my subcontractors. All on auto. What it needs to do: 1 Auto send an SMS wiuth booking for url to the calling number. 2 Answer inbound calls on an Australian number with a natural, human-sounding Australian voice. 3 Answer caller questions from a knowledge base I'll supply. It must never invent an answer it doesn't have. 4 Book jobs into a calendar (Cal.com or Calendly), capturing name, phone, suburb, service, and preferred time. 5 When a job is booked, text my subcontractors: "New job in [suburb], [date/time], $[pay]. Reply Y to accept or N to pass." First "Y" wins. Others get told it's taken. Nobody replies, or all reply N, and I get notified. 6 Escalate to me anything the agent can't handle. 7 Possible auto text message to real estae agent (option) Likely stack: Vapi + Twilio (Australian number + SMS) + Make/Zapier + Cal.com. Open to your recommendation with reasons. Volume is low — under 30 calls a week. It needs to be cheap to run and maintainable by me, a non-developer. I must be able to update the knowledge base, add subcontractors, and edit SMS wording myself. All accounts must be set up in my name and handed over to me. I'll supply the business content. I'm n
