Summary AI Image Specialist / AI Visual Systems Expert About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Image Specialist who understands how to create high-quality, realistic AI-generated imagery and can help us build a repeatable system for creating social media assets. We are a company producing a large amount of content across social media, including videos, carousels, and Instagram thumbnails. One area we currently struggle with is creating AI-generated images of our founders that actually look like them. We know this is possible with the right tools, workflows, models, and prompting systems — we just need someone who understands the AI image ecosystem and can build the right setup for us. What We Need Help With We are looking for someone who can: * Recommend the best AI image generation tools/software for realistic human faces * Advise on the correct subscriptions, models, connectors, and workflows we need * Help us integrate our current AI tools (such as ChatGPT/Claude where relevant) with the right image-generation platforms * Build dedicated AI image projects for our founders: * Ricky * Taz * Georgie The goal is to create a system where we can generate realistic social media thumbnails and creative assets featuring our founders. The Ideal Outcome We want to be able to create images where the AI-generated versions of us have: * Accurate facial likeness * Correct hair colour and style * Realistic facial expressions * Correct tattoos and personal details * Natural-looking skin and features * Consistent identity across multiple images For example: If Ricky creates a video, we want to be able to generate a professional Instagram thumbnail using his AI model, add text/design elements, and have the final image look like a real photo of Ricky — not an AI-generated character. Responsibilities You will: * Audit our current AI setup and recommend improvements * Select the best AI image tools/models for our requirements * Create the workflow from start to finish * Train/setup the AI identity projects for each founder * Create reusable templates and prompts * Ensure consistency between generations * Teach our team how to use the system moving forward Requirements You should have: * Proven experience creating realistic AI-generated people/images * Experience with tools such as Midjourney, Flux, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo, Runway, or similar platforms * Understanding of AI model training, LoRAs, image references, identity preservation, and prompting * Experience creating commercial-quality social media assets * Ability to explain technical setups clearly Bonus Experience with: * Personal AI avatar creation * Social media thumbnail design * Brand content systems * AI automation workflows * Connecting AI tools together Project Scope This would initially be a setup project: 1. Review our requirements 2. Recommend the correct tools/software 3. Build the AI image workflow 4. Create the three founder AI image systems 5. Test and refine until the results are realistic 6. Provide documentation/training so we can continue using the system internally If successful, there will likely be ongoing work improving and expanding our AI content systems.
