I run a small regulatory advisory consultancy and need a practical AI workflow and automation assistant for a fixed-price paid pilot, with possible long-term retainer if successful. This is not a generic AI agent project. I need help designing simple, reliable workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Jamie, Gmail, Google Drive/local folders, Microsoft Office, Python and/or Make/Zapier/n8n where useful. I am not looking to add Claude/Anthropic at this stage, to keep the toolset simple. First pilot: build a minimum viable newsletter and regulatory monitoring workflow. It should take saved public/dummy source items such as links, PDFs, emails or notes and produce a source log, short summary, topic tags, draft newsletter/insight item, archive record and clear user instructions. No client confidential data will be shared during the pilot. If successful, later workflows may include proposal response, meeting notes, Gmail triage, document filing, admin, CRM and knowledge management. Please explain your relevant workflow examples, proposed tools, pilot approach, fixed price/timeline and how you document work.
