A photography business books clients through Instagram DMs. The ManyChat setup uses AI Replies, AI Skills, AI Steps, and flow automations. We need someone who actually knows the platform to review it and identify mistakes or suggest improvements. Scope - Review the existing automations and AI configuration - Identify what's broken, misconfigured, or working against itself - Flag anything that risks Meta's 24-hour messaging window or policy limits - Recommend what to add or remove Out of scope - Building or editing anything. Implementation is handled internally. - Writing copy. - Managing the account or replying to customers. Requirements - Current, hands-on knowledge of ManyChat's AI features: AI Replies, AI Goals, AI Steps, and the Skills panel. These are in beta and change often. Knowledge from a 2024 course is not a fit. - Working understanding of Meta's 24-hour messaging window and Human Agent tag rules - Familiarity with the Instagram Ads trigger and the Conversions API integration - Direct communicator. We want specific, actionable feedback, not general best practices. Rate: $30/month, ongoing. To apply: Name one thing ManyChat's AI Skills cannot do that people commonly assume it can.
