Summary Job Title: Upgrade AI Voice Bot & WhatsApp Bot for Production Readiness Job Description We need an experienced AI developer to upgrade two existing conversational AI products — a voice bot and a WhatsApp bot — into production-grade solutions. Both are functional but need improvements in reliability, performance, and user experience. Scope of Work Voice Bot • Improve voice interaction quality, response accuracy, and interruption handling. • Optimize speech-to-text/text-to-speech performance and reduce latency. • Improve session management, context retention, and error handling. WhatsApp Bot • Improve message handling, conversation flow, and context retention. • Strengthen WhatsApp Business API integration and backend stability. • Add production-ready error handling, logging, and recovery. Requirements • Experience with AI voice agents and WhatsApp bots (WhatsApp Business API / Cloud API). • Strong Node.js/TypeScript and LLM experience (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar). • Experience deploying and debugging production-grade AI applications. Deliverables • Production-ready versions of both bots with clean, documented code. • Resolved bugs, performance improvements, and brief deployment/testing docs.
