Summary Job Description We are launching a high-growth C.R. and funding business and need a long-term AI Automation Engineer to build and maintain our backend engine. We are looking for a reliable, highly technical partner to turn our structured workflow into a fully operational ecosystem. ------------------------------------------------------- 🛠️ Our Tech Stack & InfrastructureHosting & Core: Hermes hosted on DigitalOcean Lead Gen & Social: Meta API (Instagram Ads), ManyChat (or alternative DM automation) AI & Content: HeyGen, ElevenLabs, OpenAI / Custom LLM frameworks (Open to solution suggestions like Memori AI) Operations & CRM: GoHighLevel, Monday.com (Existing infrastructure), C.R. Cloud (CRC), Skool community platform Data Processing: Custom AI scripts for Report analysis & dispute letter generation --------------------------------------------- Project Scope & Key Responsibilities Phase 1: Instagram Content Engine & Lead Flow Connect Meta API to scrape viral content and trending ads from the Meta Public Ad Library. Build a script/idea pipeline that pushes winning hooks to the founder for human-in-the-loop review. Integrate Instagram comment-to-DM automation using ManyChat to capture incoming leads. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Phase 2: Conversational AI Sales Bot Integration (Open Architecture) Architect and deploy a conversational AI sales bot with long-term memory capabilities. Note: We are considering Memori AI on DigitalOcean, but we are fully open to your recommended stack (e.g., custom OpenAI Assistants API, LangChain, Vercel AI SDK). Train the AI with custom business context to nurture DM leads with a highly personalized, human-like touch. Program the bot to seamlessly handle objections and drive leads to a paid Skool community. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Phase 3: Operations, CRM, CRC & AI Parser Integrate our already existing Monday.com infrastructure and forms with Skool, GoHighLevel, and C.R. Cloud via webhooks/APIs. Set up automated data-mapping so new Skool signups automatically trigger client profiles/leads inside Credit Repair Cloud and move pipeline stages inside GoHighLevel. Develop a secure AI tool that reads uploaded reports and auto-generates custom dispute letters based on our specific proprietary training guidelines for C.R. ----------------------------------------------------------------- 🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience deploying AI models and custom scripts on DigitalOcean. Deep understanding of Meta API (scraping restrictions, rate limits, and compliance). Experience with ManyChat or custom webhook-driven DM automation. Strong backend experience integrating GoHighLevel, Monday.com, and Credit Repair Cloud APIs/webhooks. Expertise in LLM application development, prompt engineering, and context/memory management. Proficiency in Python or Node.js for backend automation.💼
