I need a technical evaluation regarding access issues on my WordPress/WooCommerce website hosted on Serverplan. Some international customers (Jordan, Pakistan) are unable to access the site, and it seems related to server-side firewall blocks (BitNinja or similar). The domain is already behind Cloudflare. Before starting any work, I need: A diagnosis of the current situation (firewall, hosting, Cloudflare, DNS). Confirmation whether a clean and simple migration to another hosting provider (AWS, DigitalOcean, Contabo, SiteGround, Hostinger, etc.) would solve the issue. An outline of the steps required for migration. If migration is needed, the work will include: Full WordPress/WooCommerce migration Cloudflare configuration (DNS, SSL, security settings) Firewall configuration (BitNinja / Imunify / CSF) DNS records setup Optional: migration of email accounts (IMAP) if we move away from Serverplan Important: I am NOT looking for enterprise-level or over-engineered solutions. Just a clean, stable, secure setup.
