Description
I am looking to hire a senior EdTech developer and learning management system specialist to fix and scale a critical training platform dedicated to school staff professional development, covering both academic education and corporate HR workflows. Our current eLearning ecosystem is experiencing severe synchronization and architectural failures, primarily due to a broken data and authentication bridge between Canvas LMS and LearnWorlds that causes persistent token drops, failing LTI tool integrations, and broken webhooks. The right candidate will need to dive straight into the code, handle the advanced webhooks and custom API development, and configure secure single sign-on to ensure real-time completion tracking and centralized reporting flow smoothly between Canvas LMS and LearnWorlds. Additionally, this eLearning system must serve multiple departments with strict access boundaries, so you will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive user experience review and refining the routing for several distinct portals organized by role, including custom dashboards for school staff, HR compliance administrators, and system administrators. If this initial integration project is successfully delivered, a long-term system administrator role will be awarded for ongoing global platform maintenance. The scope also includes building a clean migration roadmap to move our legacy training communities and eLearning assets out of Skool and mapping them into our consolidated infrastructure.
