Description

Summary We are looking to hire a skilled developer to audit and upgrade our existing customer support bots on WhatsApp and Telegram. These bots act as the primary frontline support for our users, and they are currently integrated and active across four different sites. We need a technical expert to review the current setups, identify performance bottlenecks, and push necessary code changes to improve our customer response times. Your main focus will be analyzing the current infrastructure, fixing chat routing logic, and deploying feature updates uniformly across all four platforms. You will be taking over an existing codebase, so the ability to read and optimize current scripts is required. Requirements: - Proven background in building and maintaining customer support bots on Telegram and WhatsApp - Deep knowledge of both platform APIs and webhook integrations - Ability to read existing code, spot structural flaws, and implement clean solutions - Experience deploying code updates across multiple environments simultaneously - Capable of optimizing bot performance for high traffic to handle well over thousands of user queries daily - Understanding of conversational flows, auto-replies, and user escalation logic - Strong communication skills to report audit findings and propose timeline estimates
