Description

Summary Seeking a specialist to build a custom conversational voice-AI screening loop for a staffing agency using Make.com and Vapi.ai. The workflow will pull candidate data from our SmartSearch ATS via API, trigger an outbound voice agent to dynamically cross-reference and audit employment gaps (greater than 90 days) in real-time, and use OpenAI to generate a cleaned, formatted resume to be returned to the ATS.
