Summary Yokeru (yokeru.ai) builds AI voice agents for telecare and care providers in the UK and US. Our agents make and answer calls for teams that look after older and vulnerable people: welfare calls, alarm triage, appointment follow-ups. When our agent flags that someone needs help, that has to land in the customer's system in seconds. That last mile is your job. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build integrations between our voice agents (Retell AI) and customer systems: CRMs, alarm receiving platforms, ticketing tools - Webhooks, REST APIs, serverless functions (AWS Lambda, Node.js), n8n workflows - Write and tune agent prompts and conversation flows, then test them against real call scenarios - Debug live: read logs, trace a failed webhook, fix it, prove it's fixed HOW WE HIRE (read this bit) We shortlist 3 to 5 people and send each a small fixed-price contract we call The Build: a roughly 90 minute task where you stand up a voice agent that fetches live weather data mid-call via a webhook. We pay everyone who completes it. The best build gets an hourly contract-to-hire: 20+ hrs/week to start, full-time for the right person. YOU'RE A FIT IF - You've shipped at least one real Retell, VAPI or similar voice-agent integration (not a tutorial) - You can build and debug a webhook endpoint without hand-holding - You overlap UK business hours by 4+ hours (Eastern Europe is ideal) - You communicate in plain, direct English and show your work Rate: $20-50/hr depending on experience.
