I'm looking for an experienced WordPress developer to troubleshoot and fix a landing page issue on my website. The site is hosted on Namecheap Shared Hosting and was built in WordPress. The landing page is complete, but the signup form is not working. Users receive a "Security Check Failed" error when attempting to join the waitlist. What I need: Diagnose and resolve the "Security Check Failed" issue. Ensure users can successfully submit their name and email. Ensure all submissions are reliably captured and stored (or integrated with an email marketing platform if appropriate). Test the form thoroughly across desktop and mobile devices. Explain what caused the issue and what was done to fix it. Requirements: Strong experience with WordPress troubleshooting. Experience with form plugins (WPForms, Contact Form 7, Elementor Forms, etc.). Familiarity with Namecheap hosting. Experience with reCAPTCHA, Cloudflare Turnstile, or other security validation tools.
