Summary We are a car rental company looking for an experienced Chatbot & AI Automation Specialist to design and implement a smart chatbot system that improves customer interaction, booking flow, and support automation. The goal is to build a chatbot that can handle customer inquiries, assist with bookings, provide vehicle availability, and streamline communication across multiple channels. What You’ll Do: - Design and implement an AI-powered chatbot for a car rental business - Integrate the chatbot with our website and Mobile App - Connect chatbot with booking system or database for real-time vehicle availability - Automate common customer interactions such as: - Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude or similar) for natural conversation handling - Ensure smooth escalation to human support when needed - Optimize chatbot responses for accuracy and conversion Required Skills: - Experience building chatbots using tools like ManyChat, Botpress, Dialogflow, Make, or Zapier - Strong knowledge of API integrations and webhooks - Experience integrating AI models (ChatGPT / Claude AI) into chatbot systems - Understanding of booking systems or reservation workflows - Ability to work with structured data (vehicles, pricing, availability) Nice to Have: - Experience in travel, hospitality, or car rental systems - CRM integration experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Airtable, etc.) - Knowledge of workflow automation tools like Make or Zapier Project Scope: - Initial chatbot setup and integration - Testing and optimization phase - Potential long-term maintenance and feature expansion To Apply, Please Include: - Examples of chatbot projects you’ve built - Tools and platforms you’ve used - Experience with AI integrations (ChatGPT / Claude) - A brief idea of how you would structure a chatbot for a car rental company
