Summary Project Overview I am looking for a developer to build an AI customer support assistant for my Shopify store. The goal is to create an AI assistant that can automatically answer common customer questions, help customers with orders, and reduce the amount of manual customer support work. Required Features 1. AI Customer Support Chatbot The AI assistant should be able to answer customer questions about: Products Pricing Availability Shipping information Return and refund policies General store questions The assistant should provide natural and helpful responses like a real customer support representative. 2. Shopify Integration The AI assistant should connect with my Shopify store and help customers with: Order status Shipping updates Order information Product information Example: Customer: "Where is my order?" AI: "Your order has been shipped and is currently in transit." 3. Store Knowledge Integration The AI should use information from my store, including: Product catalog FAQs Shipping policies Return policies Other important store information I should be able to update this information easily in the future. 4. Customer Conversation History The system should save customer conversations so I can review: Customer questions AI responses Previous conversations Important customer issues 5. Human Support Escalation If the AI cannot solve a customer's problem, the system should: Recognize when human support is needed Notify me or my team Save the conversation details 6. Simple Management Interface I need a simple interface where I can: View customer conversations Check AI responses Review customer issues Update store information Expected Outcome After completion, I should have: A working AI customer support assistant connected to my Shopify store Faster customer responses Reduced repetitive support work Better customer experience Freelancer Requirements Looking for someone with experience building: AI customer support systems Shopify integrations Chatbots Automation workflows Previous experience with e-commerce AI assistants is preferred.
