Summary I'm building Noveraq (noveraq.com), an AI powered revenue intelligence platform helping B2B finance teams identify missed revenue by comparing contracts against billing data. We need a full stack developer to create a minimum viable product (MVP) that integrates AI for contract analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in both front end and back end development with a strong understanding of AI technologies. The project is in its early stages and we are looking for someone who can help us build a robust and scalable solution. The Problem We're Solving B2B companies lose revenue because commercial terms agreed in contracts (trigger points, usage thresholds, recurring clauses, discount expiry dates) don't always make it correctly into billing systems. We use AI to automatically identify these discrepancies. What Needs To Be Built (MVP) Simple web interface where a user can upload PDF contracts and a billing CSV file Backend that sends contract PDFs to Claude API (Anthropic) for commercial term extraction Comparison logic that identifies discrepancies between extracted contract terms and billing data Clean findings report displayed to the user showing each discrepancy and estimated financial impact Option to download the report as PDF Tech Stack Required Frontend: React Backend: Node.js Database: MySQL or MongoDB AI Integration: Claude API (Anthropic) — LLM/AI API experience essential Hosting: AWS or Google Cloud (credits available) Project Requirements All source code and intellectual property owned entirely by Noveraq Ltd upon payment Code pushed to our private GitHub repository throughout development NDA required before work begins Clean well documented code Previous LLM or AI API integration experience essential Milestone based payment preferred Budget: $2,500 Timeline: 3 to 4 weeks
