Summary We're looking for an experienced AI engineer to design and implement a production-ready AI scheduling agent using Sandwai. The agent will automate meeting scheduling through natural language interactions and will be deployed within our Microsoft enterprise environment. It should integrate with our existing Microsoft services and internal APIs where required, while following enterprise security and authentication standards. This is an implementation project. We have a defined use case and are looking for someone who can take ownership of the solution from architecture through deployment. Scope of Work Design and build an AI scheduling agent using Sandwai. Implement conversational scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation workflows. Configure Sandwai tools, workflows, and agent orchestration. Integrate with our Microsoft environment and internal APIs as required. Implement secure authentication and enterprise-grade security practices. Handle scheduling conflicts, business rules, and time zones. Produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Assist with testing, deployment, and production readiness. Required Skills Proven experience building AI agents with Sandwai. Strong Python development skills. Experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar. Experience developing applications within Microsoft enterprise environments. Experience working with REST APIs and authentication. Understanding of agent orchestration, tool calling, and conversational AI. Experience deploying production applications. Nice to Have Azure experience. Microsoft Graph familiarity. Microsoft Entra ID authentication. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. Deliverables Production-ready AI scheduling agent. Deployment into our Microsoft enterprise environment. Integration with required enterprise APIs. Source code in Git. Technical documentation.
