Summary 🚀 About the Project We are building FitIn — a comprehensive AI-powered fashion technology platform that enables users to virtually try on clothing, receive AI body analysis and size predictions, chat with an AI fashion stylist, and shop through a full e-commerce system. The platform spans 4 major codebases and requires a skilled development team to deliver a production-ready product. FitIn solves a critical problem in online fashion retail: customers can't try clothes before buying, leading to high return rates, wrong size orders, and decision fatigue. Our platform provides: AI Body Analysis — Upload a photo → AI detects body type, predicts clothing sizes (EU/US), estimates current outfit value, and classifies style tier AI Fitting Room — Transforms user photos into professional studio-quality images with controlled lighting and clean backgrounds Virtual Try-On — See yourself wearing any product from the catalog (tops, bottoms, shoes, accessories, hijab, makeup) AI Stylist Chat — Conversational AI fashion advisor that learns preferences and recommends products from our catalog Full E-Commerce — Complete shopping system with cart, orders, payments, shipping zones, coupons, tax calculations, and financial ledger Technical Scope & Requirements 1. Incomplete proposals will not be considered. 1. Estimated Timeline Provide a phase-by-phase timeline (in weeks or months) for the complete project Break it down by major phases (e.g., Foundation, AI Features, Catalog, E-Commerce, Client Apps, QA & Launch) Indicate which phases can run in parallel 2. Estimated Cost Provide a total project cost estimate (fixed price or hourly breakdown) If hourly, include: hourly rate per team member × estimated hours per role If fixed price, provide a range (low / mid / high estimate) Specify if cost includes or excludes infrastructure costs (hosting, APIs, etc.) 3. Team Composition List the team members who will work on this project Include their roles, seniority levels, and relevant experience Specify which parts of the project each team member will handle 4. Relevant Experience Share 2-3 examples of similar projects you've built (e-commerce, AI integration, cross-platform mobile, or fashion tech) Include links to live projects or portfolio pieces if available 5. Our hour estimates assume AI-assisted development.
