Summary We are looking for an experienced AI automation full stack developer to add a new feature to our existing eCommerce platform. The platform already has an admin dashboard with a Custom Orders / Project Requests page. Currently, customers submit messages through the website’s Contact Us / custom request form, and those requests appear in the admin panel for the store owner to review manually. We want to improve this workflow by adding AI-powered automation that helps the store owner process, understand, and respond to custom order requests faster. Main Goal Build an AI-assisted custom order management feature that can analyze incoming customer messages, extract key details, summarize the request, suggest next steps, and help generate professional replies or quote follow-up messages. Current Admin Page The admin currently displays custom project requests with fields such as: Project name Client information Quantity Budget Deadline Status Actions menu We want to extend this page with AI automation and better project handling. Required Features The developer will help design and implement features such as: AI Request Summary Read the customer’s submitted message. Generate a clean summary for the admin. Highlight important requirements, missing details, and urgency. Structured Data Extraction Extract useful information such as: Customer/company name Product type or request type Quantity Budget Deadline Decoration method Brand/color preferences Shipping or delivery notes Missing information needed before quoting AI Suggested Reply Generate a professional reply draft for the store owner. Include follow-up questions if the customer did not provide enough details. Allow the admin to edit the reply before sending. Admin Workflow Improvements Add AI action buttons to the Custom Orders page. Example actions: “Generate Summary” “Extract Details” “Draft Reply” “Mark as Needs Info” “Ready for Quote” Store AI-generated outputs in the database. Status / Priority Automation Automatically suggest project status based on the message. Example statuses: New Needs More Info Ready for Quote High Priority Completed / Archived Email or Notification Integration Optionally send or prepare an email response to the customer. Notify admin when a new custom request needs attention. Technical Requirements The ideal developer should have experience with: Full stack web development AI API integration, preferably OpenAI or similar LLM APIs Admin dashboard feature development Database updates and schema design Form submission workflows Email automation eCommerce or custom quote/order workflows Clean UI/UX for admin tools Secure handling of API keys and customer data Deliverables AI automation added to the existing Custom Orders admin page Backend logic for AI processing Database updates to save AI summaries, extracted fields, and reply drafts Updated admin UI with AI buttons/actions Error handling and loading states Documentation explaining how the feature works Deployment support Ideal Candidate Please apply only if you have experience building AI automation features inside real web applications.
