Summary Project: Unleashed ERP → Google Sheets → HubSpot Integration (Make.com) We need a Make.com automation specialist to build a daily data pipeline connecting our Unleashed ERP system to Google Sheets and HubSpot. No custom coding expected — this should be achievable with Make.com's native connectors. What's involved: 6 daily report exports from Unleashed (using Unleashed's built-in Reporting feature, not raw API pulls) into 6 separate Google Sheets: Invoice Enquiry, Stock on Hand Enquiry, Purchase Enquiry, Sales Enquiry, Sales Order Enquiry, and Quote Enquiry. Each has specific filters and date ranges (full spec provided). Two HubSpot syncs, matched on a shared "Customer Code" field: Last Order Date (from Invoice Enquiry) RFM Status (from a calculation we run separately in Google Sheets/Gemini) Fixed daily schedule: all report exports + Last Order Date sync at 11:00pm GMT; RFM Status sync at 1:00am GMT (2-hour buffer for our analysis to run in between). Two additional Google Sheets exist purely as output destinations for our own Gemini-based analysis (RFM scoring and stock/purchasing recommendations) — the developer doesn't build the analysis itself, just needs to leave these Sheets ready to receive it. Requirements: Strong Make.com experience (scenarios, error handling, scheduling) Experience with Unleashed ERP API/reporting, Google Sheets, and HubSpot connectors Comfortable working from a detailed written spec (we have a full document ready to share) No custom code unless genuinely unavoidable — and if so, flagged to us before building Deliverable: working, scheduled Make.com scenarios per the attached spec, tested end-to-end, with error notifications on failure.
