Summary I'm looking for an experienced automation specialist to build a seamless, end-to-end workflow that connects Zoom, Claude (Anthropic's AI), and Outlook to streamline our meeting report generation process. Project Overview We hold regular Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings and need an automated system that: Triggers automatically once a meeting ends Pulls the meeting transcript (from Zoom Cloud Recording or Teams) Feeds the transcript into Claude via API using custom-designed prompts Generates a Handover Document summarizing key details (for internal/credit analyst use) Sends a follow-up email via Outlook to the attendee, outlining discussion points and action items Optionally syncs notes to our CRM (GoHighLevel), matched by attendee email or name We operate in a Microsoft environment, so familiarity with OneDrive/SharePoint and Teams is a plus. We have two consultants — one using Zoom, one using Teams — and will need separate prompt logic for each (metrics/strategy-focused vs. general meeting summary). Ideal Skills and Experience Proficiency with automation platforms (n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar) Experience integrating Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams APIs/webhooks Hands-on experience with the Claude API (prompt design, formatting outputs) Experience with Outlook/Microsoft 365 integrations Familiarity with CRM integrations (GoHighLevel experience a bonus) Strong background in end-to-end process automation and testing Deliverables Fully automated, tested workflow triggered by meeting completion Custom Claude prompts tailored to each consultant's needs Automated Handover Document generation Automated attendee follow-up email via Outlook CRM note sync (if applicable) To Apply, Please Include Relevant past projects (especially involving Zoom/Teams + AI + email automation) Your proposed tech stack for this build Estimated timeline and cost Any clarifying questions about our workflow
