WordPress Developer Needed for Website Rebuild (17 Pages) Overview The client is a strategy and operations consultancy serving mission-driven education and nonprofit organizations. We have a fully designed, copy-final website (17 pages) currently built as static HTML/CSS mockups, and we need it rebuilt natively in WordPress. Deadline is July 31, 2026. This is a fixed price project — please submit one total bid for the full build. If you send a personal email instead of applying through Upwork, you will not be considered. Scope of Work We need all 17 pages rebuilt natively in WordPress, using your choice of Gutenberg blocks or Elementor (tell us which and why). Pages need to be editable by non-technical staff afterward, so raw HTML dumped into Custom HTML blocks for the whole site is not acceptable. The 17 pages break down into 7 core pages (Home, About, Our Work, Insights index, Resources, Contact, and a resource-access/capture page), 5 service pages, and 5 long-form Insights articles built as WordPress Posts or a custom "Insights" post type. The existing design system needs to be reproduced exactly, including the brand color palette, typography, spacing, and card and section styles. This is implementation work, not a redesign.
