Description

Summary Hourly · Expert level · 4-day focused build + test sprint · ongoing work likely after · $25–50/hr We run on GoHighLevel and need one engineer to build a fully-automated booking + scheduling system connecting GHL, Make.com, a third-party scheduling/job platform (via its GraphQL API), and Meta Ads — and own it end to end. This is not a funnel or VA role. Half is GHL config; half is real integration work (GraphQL API integration with third-party platforms, OAuth, webhooks, Make.com scenarios with loop prevention). We want one person who can do both, because they're tightly coupled. Some GHL setup may already exist — your first step is to audit it and decide what to keep or rebuild. What you'll build: - (1) GHL booking calendars (Round Robin, custom availability, arrival windows) + two booking flows: Meta Lead Ad → GHL embedded calendar, and a GHL two-step funnel - (2) GHL workflows: booking confirmation, reminders, abandonment recovery (SMS + email) - (3) Meta CAPI via GHL's native Conversion API action - (4) A private app / developer integration against a third-party platform's GraphQL API, with OAuth 2.0 (access + refresh token rotation) - (5) Make.com scenarios: create jobs/records in the third-party platform from GHL bookings via GraphQL mutations (with repeat-record dedup); keep GHL's calendar in sync when jobs are created/rescheduled/cancelled in the external system; prevent sync loops using Data Stores mapping external Job IDs ↔ GHL Event IDs; Slack alerts + error handling - (6)Full end-to-end test before launch Copy the below table into your application. Proposals that skip it won't be reviewed. Table: (A) Third-party GraphQL API — private developer app/integration, OAuth 2.0, access/refresh token rotation in Make.com [ YES / NO / NOTES ] (B) Make.com HTTP modules — GraphQL POST with Bearer auth [ YES / NO / NOTES ] (C) Make.com Data Stores — ID mapping across scenarios for loop prevention [ YES / NO / NOTES ] (D) GHL Private Integration Token — Calendar API calls (block/unblock slots) via Make.com [ YES / NO / NOTES ] (E) HMAC-SHA256 webhook signature verification [ YES / NO / NOTES ] (F) Meta Conversions API via GHL's native workflow action [ YES / NO / NOTES ] Requirements: -- Fluent written English required; one scheduled voice call before hire -- Available for at least one scheduled overlap block with US Central time, plus responsive async communication throughout the build -- Available to work fast — this is a 4-day sprint, not a slow drip How we hire: (1) Proposal: completed table above + one line on the most complex GHL↔API / Make.com↔GraphQL integration you've built and what broke. (2) Short paid trial task (1–2 hrs) that mirrors the hardest part — an OAuth2 GraphQL call with token refresh + a Data Store write. (3) Milestone-based pay, final milestone released after end-to-end testing passes. To apply: lead with your integration answer + the completed table. Generic proposals will be skipped.
