AI Product Engineer Job description: The Role Astrix Strategic Partners is looking for an AI Product Engineer to help build the software, automation, and internal systems behind a growing AI Services company This is not a traditional developer role. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, AI, automation, and operations. You will be expected to understand business problems, identify product opportunities, build tools, improve workflows, and help turn early ideas into scalable systems. You will work directly with leadership on product initiatives, internal tools, AI agents, automation workflows, CRM systems, and customer-facing product experiences. You will be integral in promoting and enabling “AI-first” ways of working across the product & operations functions. This is a strong fit for someone who wants to grow beyond coding and eventually step into a broader product, systems, or technical leadership role. What You’ll Work On You will help build and improve systems involving: Develop products that help business buy back their time and increase revenue.
