Description
We're a Saudi-based fintech building an AI-native, agent-driven governance platform (regulated, SAMA-track, running on GCP/Vertex AI in-Kingdom) and are engaging an external development partner to build it. We're looking for a fractional AI Solutions Architect to sit on our side of the table for the first 3–6 months — as our independent technical authority on the AI and agent layer. The remit: pressure-test and set the AI/agent architecture at the outset, then own the technical review at each delivery milestone with authority to flag or halt work before we accept and pay. This is the hard core of the system — multi-level decision engine, agent orchestration — so we need someone who has genuinely built and shipped agentic/LLM systems in production, not advised on them from a deck. Engagement is fractional (roughly 10–15 hrs/week, sprint-aligned to build phases) and remote is fine, though GCC-based or GCC-present is a strong plus for time-zone overlap and regulatory context. Familiarity with Google ADK / Vertex AI is a distinct advantage.
