Summary Backend Engineer - Enterprise ATS Integrations We're a B2B SaaS company in the HR tech space building bi-directional integrations with enterprise ATS platforms through a unified integration layer. We have several enterprise integrations on the roadmap over the coming months and need an experienced backend engineer to own well-scoped build work alongside our team. What you'll do Build result write-back flows (assessment, interview and scoring results) into ATS platforms including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Recruiting and iCIMS Wire native and passthrough operations (REST, SOAP, custom objects) across those systems Implement stage-mapping back-end logic and candidate-progression against a defined spec You must have Shipped production ATS/HRIS integrations, ideally with one or more of Workday Recruiting (SOAP, REST), SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Recruiting Cloud or iCIMS Strong REST and SOAP experience; comfort with OAuth, webhooks and vendor sandboxes A disciplined, test-first approach and clear written communication Nice to have Experience with unified-API providers (Kombo, Merge, StackOne) Recruiting / HR domain knowledge Working in a regulated, PII-sensitive environment (GDPR) Engagement Hourly, ~20-40 hrs/week, ~3 months, starting ASAP We start with one small paid milestone before extending To apply Tell us about 1-2 specific ATS integrations you've built: which platform, what data flowed each way, SOAP vs REST, and one hard problem you solved.
