Description

Summary We're a growing AI automation agency focused on helping local businesses increase revenue through automation. We're looking for a highly skilled technical partner who can build, optimize, and troubleshoot automation systems inside GoHighLevel and related platforms. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems and building scalable systems. Responsibilities Build and manage GoHighLevel automations Implement Missed Call Text Back Build Lead Revival campaigns using SMS, email, and workflows Set up 5-Star Review Generation systems Create appointment booking workflows Configure pipelines, triggers, opportunities, and calendars Integrate third-party software using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, etc. Troubleshoot workflow issues quickly Assist with onboarding new clients Improve existing automations and suggest better solutions Required Skills Expert with GoHighLevel Strong understanding of CRM automation SMS and email marketing automation Workflow and pipeline design API integrations Webhooks Zapier Make.com Twilio Google Workspace AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, ChatGPT APIs) Familiarity with Voice AI is a plus Strong English communication Bonus Experience HIPAA-compliant healthcare automations Chiropractic clinics Dental practices Home service businesses AI voice agents Calendar integrations Stripe payments CRM migrations What We're Looking For Reliable and responsive Detail-oriented Problem solver Able to work independently Comfortable making recommendations rather than simply following instructions Interested in building a long-term partnership as the agency grows Current Services We Sell Missed Call Text Back Lead Revival Campaigns Five-Star Review Generation AI Chat & SMS Automation AI Voice Agents Appointment Booking Automation To Apply Please include: Your GoHighLevel experience (years).
