Summary I’m looking for a strong full-stack developer to act as a technical building partner for internal software projects. I often prototype early versions of tools myself using Claude Code and other AI coding tools. Once the workflow and business logic are clearer, I want to bring in a developer to review the prototype, improve the architecture, identify risks, and help decide whether to continue building, refactor, or rebuild properly. This is not a basic “AI coder” role. I’m looking for a real developer who uses AI to move faster, but still has strong engineering judgment. **What I need help with:** * Auditing AI-assisted prototypes * Improving or rebuilding rough internal tools * Designing clean app architecture * Building automations and API integrations * Connecting apps to databases and third-party tools * Turning messy business workflows into reliable software * Challenging bad assumptions before they become expensive **Good fit:** * Strong full-stack engineering background * Actively uses tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Bolt, Replit, or similar * Comfortable working with rough prototypes * Strong with APIs, databases, authentication, and deployment * Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly * Will push back when something should be simplified, refactored, or rebuilt I’m not looking for someone who just prompts AI and pastes code. I’m looking for someone who can help me move fast without building fragile software.
