Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Architect, Solutions Architect, or Product Systems Architect to help design a business platform built around Pipedrive. This is not a basic Pipedrive setup or simple automation role. We need someone who can turn founder-level ideas into structured, buildable systems, including: * Workflows and decision trees * Business rules and scoring systems * Data models * API and webhook architecture * AI-assisted processes * Technical requirements for developers Project Scope We want to use Pipedrive as a CRM foundation while extending its capabilities through the right combination of: * Native Pipedrive features * APIs and webhooks * Middleware * Custom or private apps * Embedded interfaces * Browser or Chrome-style extensions * Overlay tools that personalize Pipedrive or Google workflows * AI integrations Examples may include custom buttons, shortcuts, prompts, workflow actions, scoring, faster data entry, personalized views, and AI-generated next steps. The right person should be able to evaluate what should stay inside Pipedrive and what should be built around or on top of it.
