Description
Summary We build AI automation systems for service businesses — SMS agents, outbound email engines, AI call/voice agents, CRM automations, and lead reactivation campaigns. We're looking for a skilled automation specialist to help build and deploy these systems for our clients. You'll be hands-on across the full stack: designing workflows, wiring up integrations, engineering prompts, and shipping customer-facing agents that actually convert. What you'll do Build and maintain automation workflows in n8n (self-hosted and cloud) Develop SMS agents that handle inbound/outbound conversations, lead qualification, and appointment booking Build email agents and outbound sequences (cold outreach, lead nurture, reactivation) Integrate CRMs (GoHighLevel and similar), telephony/SMS providers, and third-party APIs Engineer and refine prompts for LLM-driven agents (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) Connect data pipelines (e.g. Apollo → Clay → Smartlead → CRM) for outbound engines Handle the customer-facing side: make sure agents sound natural, on-brand, and don't break in front of real leads Test, debug, and monitor live systems; iterate based on performance What we're looking for Proven experience building production workflows in n8n (please share examples) Solid understanding of conversational AI agents — SMS and email specifically Experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering Comfortable with webhooks, REST APIs, JSON, and basic scripting Experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel a big plus) Familiarity with outbound tooling (Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, or similar) Strong attention to detail — these agents talk to real customers, so quality matters Clear communicator who can work independently and hit deadlines Nice to have Experience with AI voice/call agents (Vapi, Retell, Bland, etc.) Background working with service businesses or agencies Ability to think through customer journeys, not just technical plumbing To apply Tell us about a specific automation or AI agent you've built end-to-end — what the problem was, what you built, and the result. Include links or a short Loom if you have them. Generic copy-paste applications will be ignored.
