Summary GoHighLevel AI Automation Expert | Build a Cloneable AI Agency System Project Overview I'm building a scalable AI automation agency focused on home service and local businesses. I'm looking for an experienced GoHighLevel expert who understands AI, automation, and CRM architecture to build a reusable system that can be cloned for every new client. This is not just a funnel-building project. I need someone who understands how to architect scalable, maintainable systems that can support multiple client accounts. Scope of Work 1. GoHighLevel Foundation Agency setup Sub-account structure Pipelines Calendars Forms Workflows Phone system A2P compliance setup 2. AI Voice Receptionist AI phone answering Missed-call text back Appointment booking Call routing FAQ handling Claude-powered conversations preferred 3. AI Conversation System SMS automation Web chat Knowledge base Follow-up sequences Lead nurturing AI responses using uploaded business information 4. Website & Booking GHL website or funnel Booking calendar integration Lead forms Mobile-responsive design 5. Invoicing & Contracts Stripe integration Quotes Contracts Automated invoicing 6. Cloneable Client Template This is the most important part of the project. Build everything so a new client can be onboarded by simply cloning a template and updating: Business name Branding Knowledge base Phone number Domain The goal is to onboard new clients in a few hours instead of rebuilding everything from scratch. 7. Personal AI Assistant Connect Claude with: Google Calendar Gmail GoHighLevel This should allow me to interact with the system using natural language. 8. Messaging Control (Bonus) Experience connecting Telegram or WhatsApp with AI agents is a plus.
