Looking for an experienced WooCommerce specialist who can help extend and improve an existing e-commerce platform through custom plugin development. This is not about simple theme adjustments or installing more third-party plugins. We need someone who understands WooCommerce internally and can build clean, reliable solutions that integrate properly with the current system. The initial task will focus on creating a custom WooCommerce plugin to improve parts of the checkout and order management workflow, including handling custom data fields, extending order functionality and adding business logic based on products or customer actions. The ideal person should have strong experience with WordPress plugin architecture, WooCommerce hooks and filters, PHP and database operations. Experience with checkout customization, order lifecycle, payment-related functionality and API integrations is a plus. We are looking for someone who can think beyond just completing a feature and build solutions that remain stable as WooCommerce evolves. This can become ongoing work involving future WooCommerce enhancements, integrations and custom development.
