Summary This project will be milestone based if you are selected after the paid test. We're a travel and concierge services company with an active automation build in progress. We need a skilled, reliable developer who can own features end to end, deliver clean and tested work, and communicate transparently. This is milestone-based, fixed-price work with room for an ongoing relationship. We value developers who test their own work before delivering and who flag problems early rather than after they compound. Core skills we need: Strong Make.com automation (primary orchestration tool) Airtable schema design and integration Connecting third-party APIs — payments, telephony/voice, and messaging services Troubleshooting to root cause, not patches, with full end-to-end testing before handoff You're a fit if you: Are a genuine all-rounder across automation, databases, API integration, and troubleshooting Test your own work fully before delivering (this matters to us) Communicate clearly and proactively, especially about blockers or limitations Can scope work into fair, transparent fixed-price milestones Have real examples of Make.com or comparable automation builds To apply, please include: A brief note on relevant automation/integration projects you've built. Your experience integrating third-party APIs (payments, voice/telephony, or messaging) How we work: Selected candidates start with one small, paid, fixed-price test task so we can both evaluate fit before committing to larger milestones. Strong work leads directly to ongoing milestone-based work. Applications that don't address the three points above won't be reviewed.
