About the Role We are seeking a GTM Sales Engineer with deep expertise in AI-powered workflows to train our sales and operations teams. The role involves creating automated workflows, demonstrating AI tools, and guiding participants on real-time implementation. The ideal candidate is hands-on with ChatGPT, Claude, and workflow automation platforms and can deliver practical training sessions with actionable exercises. Responsibilities - Deliver 3–4 training sessions per week for 2 weeks - Create automated AI workflows integrating tools such as: - N8N, Clay, Smartleads, Apify - CRMs and other sales tools - Guide participants on GTM strategy applications using AI - Provide actionable templates and hands-on examples for workflows - Troubleshoot implementation issues during live sessions - Record training materials and provide documentation as needed - Support Q&A and follow-up exercises for participants Requirements - Proven experience as a Sales Engineer / GTM Engineer / AI Workflow Specialist - Expertise in AI platforms, including ChatGPT and Claude - Strong knowledge of workflow automation tools: N8N, Clay, Apify, Smartleads, CRMs - Experience in conducting virtual training sessions or workshops - Ability to design practical, real-world AI workflow exercises - Strong communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly - Comfortable working remotely and delivering online sessions What We Offer - Remote work with flexible session scheduling - Opportunity to deliver hi
