We're an established London hospitality staffing agency replacing our current workforce management system with a bespoke platform. We have a complete, developer-ready scope of work (attached) and an interactive demo of the key workflows. WHAT WE'RE BUILDING Three connected products across five modules: • The Portal (web back-office): recruit, onboard, schedule, monitor and pay a casual/temporary workforce • The Staff App (iOS/Android): staff register, complete onboarding, apply for shifts, manage compliance documents, and check in/out with GPS verification • The Client Portal (web): clients see who's working their events, view invoices, mark favorite staff and leave feedback Modules: Onboarding (ATS, e-sign, document collection) | Scheduling (incl. AI-assisted Auto Assign with explainable ranking) | Compliance (right-to-work, license/expiry monitoring, booking gates) | Check In/Out (geofenced, real-time monitoring, late/no-show alerts) | Client Portal Key behaviors to note: publishing new shifts must instantly notify all eligible staff (push/SMS); compliance status must hard-gate bookings; Auto Assign must show why each staff member was suggested.
