Summary We're StriveWell, a multi-brand wellness operator running studios across multiple locations. Right now, our team manually pulls performance data from PDF reports we receive and re-enters it into Excel every day to build business recap dashboards — revenue, active members, churn, leads, intro sales, and conversion rates across locations, etc. We need this automated. What you'll do: - Audit our current manual workflow and review sample PDF reports - Build a Zapier automation that extracts data from incoming PDF reports into Excel or Google Sheets - Automate MoM and YoY percentage change calculations correctly - Set up scheduled syncs with error handling and failure notifications - Document the workflow and train our team
