Summary We are looking for an experienced AI & Business Process Automation Specialist to help us optimize and automate our existing business platform and internal operations. Our company already has an established operational system, including CRM, project management tools, internal workflows, and several existing automations. While the foundation is in place, many processes are still manual, disconnected, or inefficient. We are looking for someone who can evaluate our current setup, identify opportunities for improvement, and design scalable AI-powered automation solutions that improve efficiency across the business. This is not about building everything from scratch. We need someone who can understand our existing systems, optimize workflows, integrate platforms, and recommend the best long-term automation architecture. You will help us: Analyze our existing business processes and workflows Audit our current automation setup and identify bottlenecks Optimize and redesign inefficient workflows Recommend improvements to our current technology stack Build AI-powered workflows and automation solutions Design AI agents for internal operations and customer-facing processes Integrate our CRM, project management tools, databases, and third-party platforms Connect systems using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms Create dashboards, reporting, notifications, and approval workflows Document processes and provide implementation recommendations Experience with some or most of the following technologies: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini AI Agents n8n, Make.com, Zapier REST APIs CRM integrations HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms RAG systems Please include: Examples of automation systems you have optimized or redesigned Similar Business Process Automation or AI Automation projects Your preferred automation stack and why Experience integrating existing business systems How do you approach workflow analysis before implementation We are looking for a long-term automation partner who can help us improve and scale our existing business systems through AI, workflow automation, and process optimization.
