Summary I run an AI automation consultancy in the UK working with small businesses. I own all client relationships and handle sales entirely. I am looking for a skilled developer to be my ongoing technical build partner on a long term revenue sharing arrangement. I am in the early stages of building my client base and want someone who sees the long term opportunity and wants to grow this with me. What you will build: AI receptionist handling inbound calls 24/7, FAQ responses, appointment booking and missed call text recovery. Speed to lead agent that calls a new enquiry within 60 seconds of a form submission, qualifies them and books automatically. Broader automations including CRM workflows, pipeline management, follow up sequences and systems integration depending on client needs. Stack you need to know: Vapi or Retell AI, GoHighLevel including sub-account setup, pipelines and calendar integration, n8n or Make.com, Twilio for SMS. A2P SMS registration experience is a plus. How this works: I close the client and own the relationship entirely. We do a short scoping call per new client where you handle technical requirements only, typically 30 minutes once per project before the build begins. You build from a signed statement of work. Work starts only after the client has paid. What is in it for you: You earn 50 percent of every build fee upfront the moment the work is done, plus 20 percent of the client's monthly retainer for every agent that stays live. To put that in real numbers — if I charge a client £1,000 to build their system you get £500 straight away. That same client then pays £400 a month and for every agent running you get £80 of that every single month. One client with two agents means £160 recurring monthly from that client alone. At 10 clients with two agents each you are sitting on £1,600 a month in passive income on top of your build fees. What I am looking for: Someone who can communicate clearly with non-technical business owners on scoping calls. A long term partner as I grow to 10 plus clients, not a one off hire.
