Description

I need to build a real-time message relay. One side is a simple web portal (React) where a user types a message and toggles an 'Urgent' switch. The other side is a dedicated Android e-ink device that needs to receive that message instantly. If the 'Urgent' switch is toggled, the receiving side must override system volume, play a loud tone, and flash the screen, even if the device is asleep.
