Convert the existing live WordPress site to an approved new design (Figma provided). Preserve all SEO value. No change to URL structure. Top priority, non-negotiable: SEO preservation. Current technical reality Read this before quoting — the site is not a clean builder site, and that drives the estimate. WordPress, currently hosted on Cloudways, running PHP 7.4 (needs updating, carefully). Hybrid build: a mix of Elementor (basic license, not Pro) and custom ACF-based templates. Significant portions of the layout (homepage, practice-area pages) are hard-coded in templates pulling from Advanced Custom Fields — not freely editable in a page builder. Global styling: fonts, colors, and sizing are set at the site level. Changes cascade across all pages, so pages cannot be re-skinned in isolation without affecting others.
