Description

Summary I’m looking for an automation expert to build a personal AI assistant that I interact with entirely through WA. The concept: I message an AI agent on a dedicated virtual WA number (typing or voice-dictated via Wispr Flow). ai agent — powered by my Claude API account — reads my Google Workspace and takes actions on my behalf. What the agent must do: 1. Receive my prompts via WA chat (dedicated virtual number) 2. Read my Gmail — search threads, summarize, identify pending follow-ups 3. Read Google Drive files and Google Sheets 4. Draft and send emails from my Gmail (with my approval flow via WA) 5. Send WA follow-up messages to clients and employees 6. Maintain conversation context across a session Tech stack (preferred): • Claude API (Anthropic) — my account, my key • n8n (self-hosted or cloud) for orchestration — I already run n8n workflows • WA API: official Cloud API or providers like Whapi.Cloud / Green API / Periskope — recommend the best option for a virtual number setup • Google Workspace APIs (Gmail, Drive, Sheets) with OAuth Deliverables: • Fully working end-to-end system on my infrastructure • Secure credential handling (no keys stored on your side) • Documentation + 1 handover call • 2 weeks of bug-fix support post-delivery
