Description

Summary Description: We run a SaaS platform in the lead generation and sales space and we need someone who lives and breathes n8n to build out a full automation layer that connects our tools, eliminates manual data entry, and keeps leads moving through the pipeline without anyone babysitting it. The work is meaningful and the scope is real. We are not looking for someone who has played around with n8n on YouTube. We need a developer who has built and deployed workflows in production for a sales or lead generation context. Here is what needs to be built: A lead capture workflow that pulls incoming leads from web forms, ads, or APIs and pushes them straight into our CRM with enrichment data attached An automated follow up sequence that triggers personalized email and SMS outreach based on lead behavior and pipeline stage A lead scoring workflow that evaluates leads based on defined criteria and routes hot leads to the sales team via Slack or email notification instantly CRM sync workflows that keep data consistent across our tools without duplication or missed updates An AI-powered step inside the workflow that uses OpenAI to generate personalized outreach messages or summarize lead activity before the sales team makes contact Error handling, retry logic, and monitoring on every workflow so nothing falls through silently You will deliver fully documented workflows with clear node descriptions, tested on real data before handover.
