Summary We have an AI chatbot on our website. We bought it, and most of the time it works well — it answers from our own expert documents. But on some specific questions it goes off and gives answers that aren't in those documents, which doesn't look good in front of our customers. We're not technical, and we don't want to rebuild it — it's fine as it is. We just need someone who knows these AI chatbots to: - Find why it goes off our documents on certain questions - Fix it so it stays on our documents, and says it doesn't know when the answer isn't there Should be a small job for the right person — most of the bot already works. Our setup is OpenAI-based. Please share a couple of examples where you've fixed something like this before.
