Summary We're looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to optimize and automate our CRM using the platform's latest AI features. Our current system needs a professional who understands modern GHL automation and can build scalable workflows that improve lead response, appointment booking, and customer follow-up. What We Need Configure and optimize GoHighLevel AI Employee Set up AI Voice Agent for inbound lead qualification and appointment booking Build high-converting CRM pipelines and opportunity stages Create advanced workflows using conditional logic and AI actions Automate email, SMS, voicemail, WhatsApp, and missed-call text-back campaigns Set up Conversation AI for live chat and messaging Integrate calendars, forms, surveys, payment systems, and third-party apps Configure reporting dashboards and conversion tracking Improve existing automations and eliminate workflow errors Document the system for future management Ideal Candidate Proven GoHighLevel experience with recent AI features Strong knowledge of Workflows, Pipelines, Snapshots, Calendars, and SaaS Mode Experience with AI Employee, Voice AI, Conversation AI, and automation optimization Familiar with Zapier, Make.com, Webhooks, and API integrations Experience building lead nurturing and sales automation systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Nice to Have Experience with Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok lead integrations White-label agency experience Funnel and landing page optimization Membership and course setup Reputation management automation To Apply Please include: Examples of recent GoHighLevel projects you've completed.
