The goal is to automate our lead management, appointment booking, customer communication, CRM workflows, and client onboarding. Our website is custom-built using Tailwind CSS with a custom backend (not WordPress), so the automation must integrate through APIs, webhooks, embedded scripts, or backend integrations.
