Summary We're looking for an ambitious AI/Product Engineer to help build an experimental AI-first product from the ground up. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on a real startup from concept to MVP, where you'll have significant ownership over the technical implementation and help shape both the product and the technology alongside the founders. We're looking for someone with experience in Python, TypeScript, modern AI/LLM frameworks, APIs, and rapid product development. Familiarity with AI agents, workflow automation, React or Next.js, Git, cloud platforms, and integrating third-party services is highly desirable. Experience with vector databases, MCP, long-term memory systems, prompt engineering, RAG, and agent orchestration frameworks is a strong advantage. You'll be expected to: * Design and build AI-powered product features using modern LLMs. * Develop autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks. * Build backend services and APIs to support AI functionality. * Integrate external services such as calendars, messaging platforms, email, and other third-party APIs. * Design scalable data models and long-term memory systems. * Prototype new ideas quickly and iterate based on user feedback. * Contribute to product architecture and technical decision-making. * Work closely with the founders to translate ideas into working software. * Recommend the best technical solutions and challenge assumptions where appropriate. * Stay up to date with the latest AI tooling and evaluate new frameworks that could accelerate development. You'll work directly with two experienced technology leaders who have spent 10+ years at two of the world's largest technology companies—Microsoft and Salesforce. They bring extensive product, strategy, and leadership experience. While they aren't hands-on AI engineers, they'll provide mentorship, product direction, and first-hand exposure to building a startup from the ground up. This is an experimental venture with the goal of designing, building, and launching an MVP in Singapore before expanding internationally. We're building an AI-first consumer product that leverages autonomous AI agents, long-term memory, and workflow automation to solve a meaningful real-world problem. You'll help design the product architecture, build AI-powered features, integrate third-party services, and rapidly iterate towards an MVP. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from scratch, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to work at the forefront of AI. We're not looking for someone to simply implement tickets—we're looking for someone who can think critically, recommend better approaches, and help shape both the product and the technical direction.
