We are seeking a technical agency partner or a specialized development firm to assist with ongoing conversational AI implementations. The ideal partner must possess extensive technical expertise in: - Conversational architecture using Botpress and Voiceflow. - Custom OpenAI API integrations and RAG-based knowledge retrieval systems. - Structuring secure, sandboxed data ingestion pipelines from complex corporate documents (PDFs, SOPs, and URLs). We operate strictly via asynchronous, text-based project coordination (Slack, platform chat, and Notion documentation). We do not conduct daily sync calls.
