Description
Summary We have a GoHighLevel Voice AI agent already built and live for a U.S.-based entertainment venue. The agent handles inbound calls, answers questions, and collects booking-related information from callers. The venue uses Briq Bookings as its external booking platform. We need an experienced automation/API specialist to connect the GoHighLevel Voice AI agent to Briq Bookings using n8n as the middleware. This is not a basic GHL funnel, CRM, or workflow setup. We need someone who has real experience with GoHighLevel Voice AI custom actions, n8n webhooks, REST APIs, JSON payloads, field mapping, and external booking or scheduling systems. Scope of work: 1. Review Briq Bookings and confirm whether API access is available for this account. 2. Locate/review Briq Bookings API documentation and identify what is required for availability checks and reservation creation. 3. Confirm whether Briq supports creating reservations through API, or whether the best workflow is to submit a booking request for manual confirmation. 4. Map the fields between GoHighLevel Voice AI and Briq Bookings, including caller name, phone number, party size, preferred date/time, event type, location, and any required booking details. 5. Build the n8n workflow that receives the GHL webhook, processes the data, connects to Briq if supported, and returns a clean response. 6. Configure the custom action inside the GHL Voice AI agent so it fires the n8n webhook at the correct point in the conversation. 7. Add basic error handling for missing fields, unavailable times, failed API calls, invalid responses, and duplicate booking attempts. 8. Test the full call flow end to end. 9. Provide clean documentation explaining what was built, how it works, what credentials/API endpoints are used, and how to troubleshoot it. Required experience: - Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel Voice AI agents and custom actions - Proven experience building n8n workflows with external APIs - Ability to read API documentation without needing step-by-step handholding - Experience with webhooks, REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and field mapping - Experience with booking, scheduling, reservation, or appointment system integrations is strongly preferred - Strong troubleshooting skills - Clear communication and documentation Budget: $400–$800 depending on experience and API complexity. The first milestone will be a paid Briq API feasibility review. Before building the full integration, we need you to confirm whether Briq Bookings API access is available, whether the K1 account has the needed permissions, whether availability checks and reservation creation are supported, what endpoints/authentication are required, and what limitations or workarounds exist. If Briq does not support direct reservation creation through API, we still want you to identify the best available workaround, such as submitting a booking request for staff review, creating an internal notification, or passing the booking details into another workflow for manual confirmation. To apply, please start your proposal with the words “GHL API” so we know you read this carefully. In your application, please include: 1. One example of a GoHighLevel Voice AI or GHL custom action project you have completed. 2. One example of an n8n workflow you built that connected to an external API. 3. Any experience you have with Briq Bookings or similar booking/reservation platforms. 4. A short explanation of how you would approach this project. 5. Any questions you would need answered before starting. 6. Your estimated timeline and project budget. Applications that look copy/pasted, generic, or AI-written will not be considered.
